John Scott, or "BUH" to his grandkids, developed his love for spicy BBQ in Texas. After moving to Tennessee, he found the sweet Tennessee BBQ flavor was just as good.  Now in florida, John has combined that "Texas Heat and Tennessee Sweet" to create, BUH's BBQ - Dry Memphis Style Rub and BBQ Sauces.  

 

He created this company from a passion for great food and great barbeque.  John has spent years perfecting what everyone claims to be, "The best barbeque they have ever had!"  eventually, His family and friends persuaded him to start selling his delicious rub and tasty sauces online for the world to try. new customers always asked the question, "where is your restaurant?" this led John to try his hand at owning and operating a food truck. After 4 successful years of food truck operations and an ever-growing fan base, he and his family decided to make the transition to full blown restaurant service.
